Making the Portal Your Own

The Parent Portal is where your customers go to book stays, pay bills, and see how their pets are doing. You can customize this page to match your business's brand.

To get started, go to Organization > Branding.

Manage your logos and images under Organization > Branding > Images.

  • Your Main Logo: Upload a clear image (PNG or JPG). This logo will show up at the top of the portal and on all your printed invoices.
  • Background Image: This is the picture parents see when they are logging in. Pick something that shows off your business!

How do I change the colors?

You can pick colors that match your business theme under Organization > Branding > Colors.

  • Main Color: This is used for the top bar and the most important buttons.
  • Accent Color: This is used for links and secondary buttons.

You can use the color picker tool or enter a specific "Hex Code" if you have one from your website designer.

Can I add custom messages for my customers?

Yes! You can change the text parents see in several places via Organization > Branding > Messaging:

  • Welcome Message: The first thing they see when they log in.
  • Legal Waiver (Terms of Service): The rules parents have to agree to before they can make an account.
  • Deposit Rules: A short note that explains your cancellation policy during checkout.

How do I get more Google reviews?

Petsoft can help you get more reviews automatically. Set this up under Organization > Branding > Customer Reviews.

  • Google Reviews: Add your "Google Place ID," and Petsoft will automatically email customers two days after they check out, asking them to leave a review.
  • Other Sites: You can also add links to Yelp or other review sites.
