Deposit Policy

Your custom rules for how much customers must pay upfront when booking, and the deadlines for cancellations and refunds.

Occupancy Board

The interactive daily schedule showing all arrivals, departures, and room assignments. Drag and drop pets between runs.

Parent Portal

The customer-facing website where pet owners book stays, pay bills, upload vaccine records, and sign agreements.

Rate Level

A custom pricing tier based on pet weight, size, or any criteria you define. Used to automatically pick the right price at checkout.

Report Card

A digital update sent to customers with photos and notes about their pet's stay, behavior, and activities.

Run

A physical kennel, suite, or virtual time slot that represents where a pet stays during boarding or daycare.

Store Credit

Money kept on a customer's account after a cancellation, usable as a payment method for future bookings.

Vaccine Warning Window

The number of days before a vaccine expires that Petsoft starts showing alerts to staff and customers.
