Automatic Emails & Texts
Petsoft can send messages to your customers automatically based on the rules you set. You don't have to follow a fixed schedule—you decide when reminders go out and what they say.
Where do I turn these on?
Go to Organization > Settings > Email Templates.
Everything is in your control: You can turn each message on or off, choose between Email or SMS (text), and change the timing to whatever works for your business.
How you can set the timing:
Common messages you can customize:

| Booking Confirmation | Usually sent immediately, but can be turned off for manual bookings. |
| Upcoming Stay Reminder | Set your own days. Want to remind them 1 day before? 3 days? You choose. |
| Shot Records Warning | Set this to match your Vaccine Warning Window. |
| Review Request | Choose how long to wait after they leave before asking for a review. |
Talk like yourself: You can change the words in these templates to match your brand's voice. You can also send different messages for different services (like a specific email for Grooming vs. Boarding).
Getting more Google reviews
The Review Request message is a great way to grow your business. By setting your own timing (like sending it 24 hours after a groom), you catch customers while they are still happy and excited to leave a 5-star review!
