Automatic Emails & Texts

Petsoft can send messages to your customers automatically based on the rules you set. You don't have to follow a fixed schedule—you decide when reminders go out and what they say.

Where do I turn these on?

Go to Organization > Settings > Email Templates.

Everything is in your control: You can turn each message on or off, choose between Email or SMS (text), and change the timing to whatever works for your business.

Upcoming Stay ReminderSet your own days. Want to remind them 1 day before? 3 days? You choose.
Shot Records WarningSet this to match your Vaccine Warning Window.
Review RequestChoose how long to wait after they leave before asking for a review.

Talk like yourself: You can change the words in these templates to match your brand's voice. You can also send different messages for different services (like a specific email for Grooming vs. Boarding).

Getting more Google reviews

The Review Request message is a great way to grow your business. By setting your own timing (like sending it 24 hours after a groom), you catch customers while they are still happy and excited to leave a 5-star review!
