Petsoft allows you to create customizable promotional codes and prepaid daycare coupons to boost sales and reward loyal customers.

Creating a Promo Code

Promo codes can offer a flat discount amount or a percentage off the total invoice.

1. Go to Facilities > Promo Codes.
2. Click Create New Promo Code.
3. Enter a code (e.g., SUMMER25). Make sure it is easy for customers to type!
4. Choose the Discount Type:
   • Percentage: Takes a set percentage off the total.
   • Flat Amount: Takes a specific dollar amount off.
5. Set an Expiration Date if the promo is a limited-time offer.
6. Click Save Promo Code.

Customers can enter this code during checkout in the Pet Parent Portal, or staff can apply it directly to an invoice on the office side.

Managing Prepaid Daycare Coupons

If your facility sells daycare packages (e.g., a "10-Day Pass"), you can set these up as bulk coupons.

1. Go to Facilities > Daycare Coupons.
2. Configure the package size (e.g., 10 days) and the total price.
3. When a customer purchases a package, the system automatically deducts one coupon from their balance each time they check in for daycare.
4. Staff can view a customer's remaining coupon balance on their Customer Profile.
