Buying Prepaid Packages

If your facility offers prepaid daycare passes or bulk discount packages, pet parents can purchase these directly through their portal without needing to call the front desk.

The Online Shop​

When parents log into their account, they can access the online storefront to view available packages.

  1. The pet parent navigates to Shop in their portal menu.
  2. The system displays all active Daycare Coupons and packages your facility has configured.
  3. The customer selects a package (e.g., "10-Day Full Daycare Pass").
  4. They review the total cost and proceed to checkout.

Checkout and Payment​

Petsoft processes the payment securely using your connected payment gateway.

  1. The customer selects an existing credit card on file, or enters a new card.
  2. They click Submit Payment.
  3. Upon a successful charge, the system generates an invoice, marks it as paid, and emails a receipt to the customer.
  4. The purchased coupons are instantly added to the customer's account balance.

Using the Packages​

Once purchased, the coupons sit on the customer's profile. The next time they check a pet in for the applicable service (like Daycare), staff can apply a coupon from their balance at checkout instead of charging a standard daily rate.
