Buying coupon packs
At facilities that use daycare coupons, you pay for daycare visits with coupons. You do not pay per day. You buy the coupons in packs from the Shop. You do not need to call the front desk.
The Shop explains the rules:
"Daycare coupons must be purchased prior to booking daycare reservations for [your organization]. Each coupon package is tied to a specific daycare service; one coupon per-pet, per-service."
One coupon covers one pet for one visit. A pack pays only for the service it covers.
Why you cannot buy a pack
The Shop tells you what is missing:
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| "To purchase Daycare Coupon Packs, you will need to complete your profile, add your pets, and complete a trial at your preferred facility." | Add a pet. Wait for approval. Complete your trial visit. |
| "To purchase Daycare Coupon Packs, you will need to complete your profile and add at least one pet." | Add a pet and wait for approval. |
| "Daycare Coupons are not currently enabled for this organization and cannot be purchased at this time." | This facility does not use coupons. Make a daycare reservation as usual. |
Buying a pack
- Open the Shop. Each pack appears as a card. The card shows a description, the daycare service the pack covers, and, for offers with an end date, the text "Promotion ends on [date]".
- Click the pack you want. The Shop opens the checkout page.
- Check the price line: "$250.00 for 10 coupons at $25.00 each."
- Pick a saved card.
- Click Purchase.
You must have a saved card for that facility. Checkout shows only your saved cards. You cannot add a new card here. If the list is empty, add a card on the Billing page first. See Your cards & account activity.
Your account shows the new coupons immediately.
Tracking your coupons
The Coupons page has two parts.
Coupon Summary shows two numbers for each service: UPCOMING RESERVATIONS, the coupons your reservations will use, and AVAILABLE. The footnote matters: "Available reflects coupons remaining after accounting for upcoming reservations." The available number shows what you can still reserve. It does not show how many coupons you bought.
Below it, your purchase history lists each pack. Each row shows Package, Purchasing Facility, Purchase Date, Expires On, Coupons Purchased, Coupons Used, Service, and Status. Each row also has a View Invoice link.
The summary appears at the top. It shows five available coupons and none committed to upcoming visits. Each purchased pack appears below, with its expiry date and invoice link.
Running short during a reservation
If you do not have enough coupons for the daycare reservation, the Review step offers packs before you finish:
"There are not enough coupons for this reservation. You will need 3 coupon(s)…"
Pick a pack. The portal adds its cost to your total and charges you when you complete the reservation. You do not need a separate trip to the Shop.
The portal uses your coupons automatically when you make a reservation. You do not need to redeem anything at drop-off. Some packs have an expiry date. Your history shows this date as Expires On. Check the date before you buy more coupons.
