Your Business at a Glance

Petsoft gives you all the numbers you need to run your business. For example, you can see how much money you made this year, or print today's feeding list.

Reports you can run

Sales Revenue Report	Sorts and adds all paid invoices over a date range.	To see how much money your business earns.
Arrivals And Departures	A list of every pet that arrives or leaves today.	The list you use every day to check pets in and check pets out.
Boardings By Month AM PM	Shows occupancy for runs in the morning and evening.	To predict how busy you will be, and to plan staff.
Payroll	Tracks staff hours from time entries in the system.	When you prepare paychecks for your staff.
Daily Medications Report	Lists all medications that pets need on a specific date.	Every morning, to make sure every pet gets its medications safely.
Kennel Card with Pet Photo	A sheet that you can print, with pet information, photos, and space for notes.	To hang on a run so that everyone knows who the pet is and what it needs.
Stale Customer Report	Lists customers that have not made a booking in more than six months.	To contact past customers again in a marketing campaign.
Credit Card Revenue Report	Shows all card transactions, including payments and refunds.	To reconcile your bank deposits with your system data.
Marketing Source Report	Shows how new customers found your business.	To see which advertisements or referrals bring you the most new customers.

Petsoft tracks all the money that comes into your business. In most cases, the numbers in these reports match the money in your bank account.

If a number is not correct, this is usually because a payment has not finished processing. If you are worried about a number, send a support ticket.
