We want to make Petsoft the best it can be for you. If you find a bug, have an idea for a new feature, or just need a little help, here's how to reach us.
How do I report a problem or suggest an idea?
You can talk to us right from the app:
- Click the "?" or Help icon at the top of your screen.
- Click Submit Feedback.
- Tell us if you're reporting a Bug, asking for a New Feature, or just saying hi!
- Type your message and hit Submit.

Quick fixes for common issues
Before you call support, try these quick steps:

| Page looks weird or slow | Refresh the page. Press Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac). |
| Card reader won't work | Make sure the reader and your computer are on the same Wi-Fi. |
| Emails aren't arriving | Double-check the customer's email address on their profile. |
| Can't book a dog | Check if their shot records are expired. |
